ANZ is one of the largest companies in Australia and New Zealand and a major international banking and financial services group, which is among the top 50 banks in the world.
The Retailing and Franchising Business Banking team were having an offsite development conference in Sydney and asked THRILL team events to run an amazing race incorporating some of the key areas they want to focus on:
- Getting to work with our branch relationships is key to our survival next half
- Never underestimate the power of your attitude in a business discussion
- Its all about team work and sharing best practice
- Overcoming the limiting beliefs
- Step outside of the comfort zone when interacting with clients
- Need to keep yourself and the business positive
- Any problem HAS a solution
- Actively Listen and know when to participate
- Always aim to achieve a better outcome by adding something different
- Its also about having fun
Teams were not briefed about the event, the entire afternoon was a complete surprise Racing around the city, they took Hyde Park, the Rocks, Luna Park.
Water taxi to Darling Harbour onto China Town and finally back to the Rydges Hotel in World Square.
