BEA is a world leader in enterprise infrastructure software and is joining Oracle. The addition of BEA is expected to accelerate innovation by bringing together two companies with a common vision of a modern service-oriented architecture (SOA) infrastructure and will further increase the value that Oracle delivers to its customers and partners.
BEA celebrated the Oracle move with an Amazing Team Race around Sydney. Launched at the Sebel Pier One Conference Venue overlooking Sydney Harbour by Thrill Teambuilding facilitators Belinda, Lachlan and Adriana. Teams got into the spirit of the afternoon reciting original team cheers and donning team colour's, loud and proud!
The 2nd team building challenge had teams arrive by Sydney taxi to China Town selecting an amazing detour between bizarre foods, pigs ears or drinking all the tea in China. Special Oriental arrivals earned teams bonus points! BEA gained artistic insight at Hyde Park as teams learning more about colleagues and created fantastic team creative archibald prize winning masterpieces!
A fun team cycling relay challenge witnessed teams taking on a the physical challenge with 5 laps! Cheers of support could be heard for miles around! BEA basked in the rare sunshine at the Man-O-War Steps Sydney as they constructed sculptures of Sydney!
Teams discovered themselves in The Rocks Sydney trying to escape a bind convict gang chain challenge. After team bondage... oops bonding, some teams escaped while others attempted to bribe Thrill staff for answers!
The final leg of the BEA Amazing Race was intense as teams racing each other back to the Sebel Pier One Pitt Stop and final location. BEA was presented with Trophies and prizes for a brilliant and dynamic team building event in Sydney - Congratulations!
