The Australian Defence Forces (ADF) employed the services of THRILL after meeting a tender process for an 'exercise' of a different kind "Exercise Sydney Warrior!". Selecting an THRILL Amazing Race format was customised to develop a team bonding approach to further empower, and deliver professional team building experiences for the ADF.
The Sydney Warrior Amazing Race fired off from the Victoria Barracks on Oxford Street, Paddington Sydney. Teams demonstrated their prowess by making a dash to Centennial Park, passing Sir Henry Parks, Father of Australian Federation. Teams arrived to be congratulated and receive their first significant challenge, a fun team cycle relay. Which was overcome with supportive encouragement and interlinked commaraderie.
China Town 'forced' the troops into a shared cultural experience.
Onward march in unison to the Anzac War Memorial in Hyde Park fired up the brain cells activated with team battling it out with a strategic game of Mastermind.
Teams made their way back at the Victoria Barracks for the final 'Salute' pitstop for the wrap up and to find out who won their Amazing Race.
