The Customer Service Managers team from across Australia embarked on a team development Amazing Sydney Race as the finale of a 6 month Compass training program. Initiated and delivered by Proudfoot Consulting. The Compass program incorporated the North, South, East and West bearings to convey Leadership skills.
Improved Management systems, Resource planning, Strategic direction, Time management and Celebrating successful completion of a project implementing ING change.

THRILL team were able to utilise the ING training principles and weave them into an exceptional Sydney Amazing Race program. Ensuring that the key deliverables and takeouts of the program were reinforced as part of the fun days events.
Unique checkpoint locations were developed across Sydney centre calling in at the NSW National Art Gallery for some inspirational art insights, resulting in sensational art works and colourful team presentations. Teams found their bearings on a ING rogain utilising compass bearings within The Domain, Sydney.
After winding their way through The Rocks, teams finally checked in at the Harbour View Hotel for a facilitated debriefing from THRILL.
Proudfoot consultant Melissa Wilkinson was thrilled with the program and debrief commenting that "Thrill were an extension of the Proudfoot team in the expert way they linked the compass elements into the Amazing Race program".
