Thrill events team designed a premium quality survivor team building program designed to foster team spirit and strengthen the Inchcape Business Solutions tribes at the contemporary blended with historic Peppers conference centre Craigieburn, Bowral.
Phil Cullen, Director of Business Solutions at Inchcape Australia. Has enjoyed a superb career in information technology IT, both in Australia and Indonesia. Previously working in senior leadership management positions with Deloitte Consulting, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Determined team building scope, customised content and team characteristics. After negotiations with Phil (pictured on board his teams raft) the Inchcape Survivor program was delivered in exceptional weather.

Inchcape Survivor team building commenced with a ceremonious tribal induction at Craigieburn Bowral Resort. Teams collaborated to decipher letter puzzles. Achieved success with non verbal team communication. Developed leadership skills through search & retrieve activities. Set their business aims, firing off Sling Shots. Markmanship improved markedly once managers became targets.
The final team immunity challenge brought the whole tribe together - working on one unified project. Building a carefully designed raft from planks, drums, poles, tape and rope. Each section of the teams united raft was carefully cross lashed and then plunged into the Craigieburn swampy waters with a proud Phil on board.
At Inchcape Tribal council the jury debriefed the team building process. Voting the greater Inchcape Business Solutions IT combined tribes to be the Southern Highland Survivor All Stars. Marty rocketed ahead of the votes to receive the ultimate Survivor award and Thrill mascot.
