The IHG team from Coogee Crowne Plaza experienced an exceptional team building program designed to integrate a cohesive team, exploring and learning the local sights and surrounds of Coogee. Teams entered shops, bartered with proprietors, discovered unique history, investigated the Coogee Beach side walks and had team-endous fun! Learning whilst competing for the Coogee Crowne Plaza Beach covetted Amazing Race Trophy!
The Coogee Bay Hotel exposed teams to a fearless challenge of a fast drink, before sculpting their IHG team values on the sands of Coogee Beach. Coogee Crowne Plaza's staff spirits soared to reaching new heights with teams designing and flying their own Coogee kites and a cyber clue enhancing their trivia knowledge of Coogee to pass onto IHG guests.
