Specialist construction company Freyssinet enjoyed an aftrnoon in the 14th World heritage listed Blue Mountains. Teams were eager departing from the Mountain Heritage Conference centre to begin their Amazing Race! Teams excelled in a cycling challenge at Kingsford Smith park, then boarded Blue mountains trolley buses bound for Scenic World.
At scenic world groups had to crack a mastermind matrix in order to move on. Once the code was cracked teams descended into the jamison valley braving the heights on the cableway and scenic railway. Once at the bottom freyssinet teams found a challenge they met head on- bridge construction, with straws and tape. Bridges had to be stong enough to support a full 375ml can. Every bridge was able to bear the load, an excellent effort from all teams!
The last challenge of the freyssinet Amazing race was at the stunning echo point, where all teams gathered for a coroboree led by Goomblar. As teams danced clouds began to form and thunder was heard accross the valley - were they performing a rain dance? The final pitstop was waiting and 10 teams finished with some of the tightest scores Thrill has ever seen.
