Client Brief:
Nokia Siemens Networks had undertaken a unique merger and were looking to link their teams in a fun filled team building program.
A team building event designed to take Nokia Siemens delegates from Sydney to the Blue Mountains and teams from Melbourne to The Mantra, Lorne on the Great Ocean Road in Victoria.
Whilst incorporating new team values and integrating diverse IT teams.
The Thrill team implemented 16 years ofinspirational team management systems, event development and ideas. Combining resources of THRILL's intimate knowledge of Sydney, Parramatta, The Blue Mountains, Great Ocean Road and Victoria.
A series of amazing race Australia destinations blended with team facilitation creating a viable and impressive team building solution.
The Nokia Siemens Networks amazing race was created, launched and superbly successful!
Nokia Corporate Teams meet in Sydney at Pyrmont, Jacksons Point for an outdoor team briefing, donning colourful bandanas and creating interesting... team chants.
The Nokia Amazing Race Sydney to The Blue Mountains commenced - Darling Harbour checkpoint at Tumbalong Park was followed by a China Town cultural eating challenge cautiously devoured by hungry teams. Boarding trains at Central and commuting to the Reverend Samuel Marsdens (flogging parson) Ministry at St Johns church, for a master mind team pass challenge in Parramata.
Emu Plains and Karaoke express evoked teams passion, a wonderful performance with Karaoke text on the mobile won a standing ovation! Reboarding trains teams built model trains reflecting siemens heritage, with brakes fully applied and functioned teams disembarked in The Blue Mountains at Katoomba transitioning to Trolley Buses.
A team intersection was overcome, Pearce transport supplied a secondary bus to ensure teams descended to Echo Point and The Peppers Fairmont Resort Pitstop. Here an Aboriginal re-uniting Corroboree performance was conducted by local aboriginal Goomblar. A wonderful team experience in the Blue Mountains.
