Tribal council Fire - represents team life.
Immunity Idols can include African masks or Australian woomeras, didgeridoos & boomerangs for an Australian Survivor team building theme.

TRIBAL COUNCIL by trained facilitators
* Allocated Tribe groups, or integrated teams.
* Briefed by trained facilitators, covering survivor team guidelines with themed music.
* Provided with Survival Essentials.
- Survivor Team bandanas or buffs & survivor tribe flags, survivor maps, compasses, fire tools, survivor satchels and survivor tree mail clues for each survivor team challenge.
* Team tribe challenges are balanced, between physical and cerebral.
* Team dynamics, Strategy development and Challenge-by-Choice is encouraged for participation to full capability.
* Teams rotate roles with each challenge. i.e. Leader, Negotiator, Strategic Planner, OHS person.
* Team Brief Action Debrief sequence utilised, linked to work scenarios or Relaxed and FUN.

Teams complete a balance of physical and cerebral activities designed to integrate and build cohesive, collaborative teams. Jury Bones are awarded to teams nominated by colleagues for contribution. Tribal Council Jury determines the ultimate survivor team (no voting off).
