Snap Shot: Thrill MISSION POSSIBLE and 007 BOND "Team Bond" corporate team building activities and events designed for working collaboratively toward resolving one greater mission utilising Stratgeic Alignment. Select a Mission or James Bond THRILL 007 team.
Suitable for: All groups, corporate teams & abilities looking for strategic alignment in 2009.
Challenge level: Adjusted as required, Full day programs, diverse scenarios.
Sub-Themes: Anti-dotes, Espionage, Terrorism, Tactical response, Recovery vital information & people, Environmental, Agent Identification.
Duration: 2.5hrs minimum, 3-6hrs are ideal for teambuilding & leadership development training.

Mission Planning Phase.

Your organisation receive a MISSION

The key to your mission is cooperation, problem solving, communication, trust and effective teamwork meeting the set deadlines.

Sub team utilise resources and skills effectively in order to retrieve an antidote in the hands of a secret agent.

The antidote is essential before a killer virus wipes your companies population, destroys water supply, environments, or virally attacks network systems.

Clues must be deciphered, suspect agents interrogated and locations confirmed.

Infiltration plans have to be made and carried out before a rapidly approaching deadline.
Together sub teams must determine the alignment strategy for success.
Trained facilitators are on hand to support negotiation processes.

How it works: Maps, clues, video and or laptop presentation will be displayed.

Thrill trained professional agents enter your domain with security access clearance.

Completing a sweep of environments ensuring security and filing alerts of espionage agent activity.

Teams receive SMS text message updates at 20-30minute intervals providing further instructions and Virus detection intelligence.

Each sub team will need to search environments for coded letters and numbers to identify anti-dote location, break access codes and meet with intelligence or espionage agents.

Once all clues and information have been collected, teams reconvene at designated safe site. Undergoing a final team initiative activity related to your Service or Product.

Upon adequate completion teams are awarded a final Serial number to decipher the code.

Step 4: Start Necessary Movements – Preparation, Resource Collection.
Step 5: Reconnaissance – Verify analysis, utilise scouts.
Step 6: Complete Plan – Review mission check against framework.
Step 7: Issue Complete Order – FRAGO Aid others to understand mission concepts.
Step 8: Complete mission, Supervise – Rehearsal, Inspection
