Vectis sub-contracted THRILL to facilitate an exceptional team building afternoon for their client group.
A diverse Alstom Survivor group escaped conferencing from Cronulla Rydges to bond and strengthen the teams capabilities. Employees from Switzerland to Pakistan and Taiwan stepped forward. To be engaged in Immunity challenges, Swamp zone crossings, Letter & Board puzzles. Which were overcome through clever problem solving, collaboration, sharing the skills and attributes of all team members.
Participants were drawn from a profiled group and recognised that a similar personality profile existed. After building a set of rafts the debrief reflected on attention to detail, responsibility for actions and setting achievable targets for lasting outcomes. Konrad Lippmann - Key facilitator was personally thanked by every person from the Alstom Survivor team for his input in a memorable afternoon at Gunnamatta Bay Cronulla.
