Team Construct is a team development group activity which literally builds teams by building together.
Team construct achieves teamwork results with a series of engaging, fun yet serious team building activities. Employees unite in planning a common construction goal. Receiving construction equipment, as the project planners colleagues complete a series of challenges surrounding the central construction site.  The success in such a project lies in the creation and building of a dynamic structure, symbolising an organisations vision, utilising its greatest asset - people.
Ideal for: Medium to large Corporate group team building events.
Duration: 2hr s to full day team building sessions are ideal.
Group Size: 20-300 participants. Sub teams of 5-15.
Budget: $79-$179pp, facilitation, duration, activities and content dependent
(based on minimum 21).
Locations: Fully mobile indoor and outdoor team building program within Australia.
Extensions: Ideal to combine with Team Orienteering, Team Navigation, Team Treasure Hunts, Team Cycle Bikes for Tikes, Team Building Relay, Team Build a House, Pyramid or Tower, Corporate Community Team Building Exercises.

Team Construction, Planning Phase.

Team leaders collaborate to design the structural foundations of team success.

Objective:
BUILD A 3 DIMENSIONAL STRUCTURE THAT EMBODIES THE VALUES OF YOUR TEAM AND ITS STRATEGIC DIRECTION.
Achieving together in a united approach to building your team realistically and metaphorically.
Its as easy as 1-2-3 with professional staffing and experience in delivering large-scale quality team events.

Utilising the assets and materials purchased or gained through the whole teams participation; Leadership, Motivation, Skill, Tenacity, Communication, Problem Solving and Sheer Talent!
Points or currency are awarded for success and performance.
These are then traded for assets and materials to create the Team-BUILD. Construction materials include - Props, PVC piping & push fit connectors, Cable Ties, Ducting Tape!

A central team construction foundation site is set out.
Activity stations - Surround a central construction site where the tower will be constructed.
Activities are designed to complement your theme, vision or mission the number of activities will vary according to group size and duration required.
Sub teams revolve through team initiative activities, focusing on fun or more serious challenges and team activities.

Each sub team elects one construction designer and one builder (identified by construction helmets) to enter the central construction site and work cooperatively with other teams designers and builders. Initially collecting materials and designing their unique symbol, logo, transport or structure with the materials produced by their total team’s efforts.

Each sub team is provided up to 10-30 minutes to complete tasks surrounding the construction zone, before rotating to the next activity. Once all activities are completed all team members support the final construction managed by the final set of designers.

Example team activities:
1. Poles Apart – Team members sign their name on sheet laid in a toxic zone without stepping into the area.
2. Target Ball – Sling Shot Shooting as 3 people per a team hold the Wild Fire Sling Shots, aim and fire at team targets.
3. Mojo – Fun team linking – jumping through hoops literally without breaking team links.
4. Mind-field – Clear thermonuclear detonating devices scattered in the mine-field within set time.
5. Nuclear Hazard – A leaking nuclear waste drum has been encountered which requires decanting into a safety container utilising only ropes, whilst keeping clear of the nuclear leakage zone.
6. Puzzles – Unravel puzzle boards into shapes, colour coordinates and words to succeed.
Alternative activities: Spiders Web, Electric Fence, Rettel, Search-Retrieve, Hand Cuff Escape..
Thrill will design and incorprate any activities you desire to acomplish your team building goals.
ie Horse Ride to rendezvous, navigate to team challenge locations, complete strategic missions.
Upon completion, a smoke bomb or other device will be ignited signaling SUCCESS.
The final structure embodies the spirit of achievement and is a symbol of united team achievement.
Team scores are highlighted, prizes presented for accomplishment and speeches of acceptance are given!

160 Coffey Geosciences Delegates revelled in the fun, action, challenges, creativity and on the road of building a unique symbolic team structure. The initial design by the first group of engineers was gradually modified in a series of Chinese whispers. Until the final construction team embodied all the previous team building activities and elements into 1 structure of strength. Raising the Coffey logo proudly to new heights.
