Yes—brief us for groups of 5–100 and we will recommend a suitable format. Smaller groups may suit a facilitated retreat, QUEST or specialist workshop. Larger groups can use teams, rotations or parallel sessions. Not every activity, studio or venue can host 100 people at once.

Thrill can propose experiences around your booking and liaise with the venue on spaces, access and timing. External facilitation, outdoor activities, materials and specialist suppliers require venue approval. Accommodation, catering and meeting-room hire are included only when specifically quoted.

Survivor centres on a series of team challenges in a suitable activity area. An Amazing Race uses a route with clues and hosted checkpoints. QUEST or a treasure hunt focuses on discovery and solving clues, with a format that can be contained within a venue or spread across a suitable precinct.

Kayaking can be explored with a local operator, subject to sea conditions, capacity and participant suitability. Mountain biking needs a separate guide, equipment and route assessment. Northern Rivers Rail Trail e-bike experiences are another option, with transfers from Byron if required; they are not the same as technical mountain biking.

There are current jewellery workshop offerings in the Byron region and a local chocolatier advertising private and corporate chocolate-making classes. Thrill can investigate a suitable booking. Studio capacity, mobile delivery, materials and dietary requirements must be confirmed; a group of 100 may require smaller rotations or an alternative format.

Tell us about mobility, sensory, participation and comfort requirements early. We can recommend gentler activities, different team roles or creative indoor options. Ocean and riding experiences need individual suitability checks and an appropriate alternative for people who do not wish to participate.

Agree a wet-weather plan before booking. Depending on your venue and program, options may include indoor puzzles, creative workshops, conference games or a revised schedule. Alternative rooms, supplier changes and additional charges are confirmed in your proposal.

A short conference break, a half-day group experience or a multi-day retreat can all be discussed. The final duration depends on your chosen activities, travel and venue access. Keep room for meals, changeovers and reflection rather than filling every minute.

The investment depends on group size, facilitation, duration, venue, equipment and any specialist operators. Request a tailored quote identifying the program, setup or travel costs, optional additions and GST. There is no single per-person price that suits every group of 5–100.

Yes. Ask about a group meal, a maker-led workshop, a tasting, an Aboriginal-led cultural experience or hosted dinner entertainment. Each requires the appropriate venue or provider and agreed capacity. Cultural experiences are delivered by appropriate local Aboriginal hosts, not improvised as team challenges.
