We’re expanding our NSW and QLD operations and seeking an Event Operations & Team Building Staff who are ready to take the lead in creating world-class experiences that make a real impact.
About the Thrill Team Roles
This is not your average desk job.
You’ll plan, coordinate and deliver exceptional team building and corporate events across Queensland, NSW and interstate.
One day you might be negotiating venue logistics and quoting corporate proposals. The next; you’re leading a high-energy Amazing Race or facilitating a creative team challenge.
This role suits someone who loves a mix of hands-on action and strategic coordination. Thrives under pressure and enjoys seeing the smiles and energy of a team coming together.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver exciting team building and corporate event programs with precision and flair.

Coordinate logistics, scheduling, staff and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Quote and manage bookings using Apple Mac systems and cloud-based platforms.

Build strong relationships with venues, clients and corporate partners across all states.

Support marketing and photography efforts — capturing great event moments for promotions.

Provide leadership and guidance to casual event staff and facilitators.

Travel interstate to deliver events when required.

Represent THRILL with professionalism, energy and enthusiasm at all times.
About You the New Thrill Recruit
You’re energetic, organised and confident.
The kind of person who can manage the details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
You’re a natural communicator who loves people and thrives on making things happen.
You’ll bring:

Excellent communication, organisation and planning skills.

Strong event management / logistics experience.

Proficiency using Apple Mac technology and online systems.

A creative eye for photography and marketing content.

Confidence to lead and facilitate engaging team activities.

Leadership and management experience, with a collaborative mindset.

Ability to travel interstate and work flexible hours (weekends/evenings as needed).

A valid driver’s licence and hands-on, can-do attitude.
(The role involves some physical event setup and activity facilitation, ideal for someone who enjoys an active, outdoor component to their work.)
