Share your team brief ↗Values become useful when people can practise them
“Better teamwork” is a starting point. A clearer brief identifies what you want people to do differently together.
| Your priority | A behaviour to practise | An activity direction | A useful follow-up |
|---|---|---|---|
| Collaboration | Share information before deciding. | Amazing Race, Survivor or a collaborative challenge. | Agree one improvement to a real handover. |
| Accountability | Clarify roles and check completion. | Charity build or a facilitated team task. | Name an owner and a check-in date. |
| Innovation | Compare ideas and test assumptions. | Creative art, AI experience or Mission Possible. | Choose one small experiment to try. |
| Purpose | Understand the needs of the recipient. | An appropriately scoped charity or sustainability project. | Confirm what was delivered and to whom. |
These are programme design suggestions, not guaranteed business outcomes. A specific brief, suitable facilitation and follow-through help make the experience relevant.
For the person making it happen
Start with the practical brief: date, headcount, venue, time available and budget. Ask for two or three suitable options, clear inclusions and a weather plan where relevant.
Explain who is coming together and why. Share team changes, participation needs and the kind of interaction you want to encourage, so the programme fits your people.
Identify the behaviour or process to explore. Agree the facilitation, reflection and follow-up needed, rather than relying on the activity alone to carry the learning.
Your location, preferred date, approximate group size, available time and budget range give us a practical starting point. Add your main objective and any accessibility, language or confidence considerations.
Tell us whether you want light-hearted competition, a collaborative finish or a quieter style. For an outdoor event, agree weather arrangements and any indoor space required.
Choose one or two measures before the event: participation across departments, new colleague connections, an agreed team action or a short participant feedback score.
For a learning brief, schedule a manager check-in after the event. Ask what people have tried and what they need to keep practising.
A more tailored brief
These are bespoke design directions to discuss with Thrill. Content, facilitation and delivery are scoped around your group.
Use short scenarios to explore a company value, then translate it into an everyday behaviour. Finish with a shared commitment the team can revisit.
Explore how information moves between teams through a collaborative task. Debrief assumptions, role clarity and the checks that keep the work moving.
Give teams a fictional business challenge and ask them to compare ideas, check outputs and explain a decision. Shape the brief around curiosity and responsible judgement.
People, facilitation and purpose
Thrill combines event hosting with experience in education and team development. Konrad Lippmann brings an outdoor education and teaching background, with DiSC certification and TMS accreditation. Michelle Chapman brings facilitation and project management experience, with MBTI accreditation and DiSC certification.
Ask us to match facilitator skills to your chosen programme. The same activity can feel very different when its pace, roles, challenge and discussion are planned for your group.

Questions before you choose
Start with your main purpose, then consider the group’s needs, location, available time and budget. Use the activity guide to shortlist suitable styles. Thrill can then recommend a specific format and level of facilitation for your brief.
Team bonding prioritises shared enjoyment and social connection. Team development uses defined learning objectives, facilitated discussion and practical application. A team building activity can support either approach when the format and facilitation are chosen deliberately.
Yes. Share the values or working behaviours you want to explore. Thrill can discuss custom tasks and reflection prompts around areas such as information sharing, role clarity, accountability or customer needs. The scope is agreed in your proposal.
Options to discuss include charity builds, creative art, Minute 2 Win It, selected Mini Olympics games and team development workshops. Suitability depends on room size, layout, noise limits, materials and participant numbers.
Share mobility, sensory, language and participation needs early. Thrill can discuss appropriate roles, task intensity, route distances and ways to contribute. Suitability is confirmed against the selected activity and venue.
Costs depend on the activity, group size, duration, location, facilitation and materials. Venue hire, transport, donations and specialist services may affect the total. Send your brief for a proposal with clearly stated inclusions and GST treatment.
Yes. Tell Thrill why you are bringing the group together, your approximate numbers, date, location and time available. Use the Team Experience Planner for a detailed brief or contact the team for a quick initial enquiry.
Discuss delivery in Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains, Melbourne, Byron Bay and other locations. Venue suitability, facilitator availability and travel requirements are confirmed for your event.
