The All-Staff Meeting is designed to strengthen our organisational culture, align everyone with our agreed behaviours and values, and prepare the business for the upcoming year. Achieving this requires an all-hands-on-deck approach. This initiative is essential for enhancing our capabilities and ensuring that all staff members are unified in our strategic direction.
