BUILD TOWARDS A REVEAL
Work towards a planned team performance with choreography and optional preparation sessions. Agree who participates, how much rehearsal is realistic and whether filming is wanted.
MOVE WITH EASE
Explore simpler steps, upper-body movement and a comfortable pace. A welcoming option to discuss for mixed-confidence groups and wellbeing-focused staff sessions, adapted to the people in the room.
Duration, group size, instructor numbers and production requirements are agreed in your proposal. Tell us the available time and the feeling you want people to take away.
Choose a mood. Explore a style.

Create an enjoyable active break in a seated workday. Discuss a pace and movement range suited to the group, with time to warm up and pause when needed.
SOCIAL CONNECTION
Learn alongside colleagues, celebrate progress and encourage each other. Shared practice gives people a friendly reason to interact beyond their usual teams.
These sessions support enjoyable movement and connection. Participation is voluntary, intensity can vary and people can take a break or choose a different role. Tell us about relevant access and movement needs when planning.
Easy to follow. Encouraging to join.

Confidence starts with thoughtful planning
Conference rooms, hotel ballrooms, studios and suitable workplace spaces can all be considered. Confirm a clear, suitable floor, safe spacing, sound access and a sightline to the instructor. Seated conference capacity is not the same as dance-floor capacity.
Outdoor sessions need an appropriate surface, sound arrangements, permissions and a weather alternative. Share venue details early so the plan fits the setting.
Discuss preferred genres, a conference theme and any songs or lyrics to avoid. Thrill can explore a suitable music selection and choreography. Agree venue music arrangements and any filming or recording requirements before the event.
No compulsory solos, lifts or partner contact are needed for a welcoming team session. Ask about seated or upper-body options, simplified sequences and ways to contribute through rhythm, ideas or encouragement.
There is no single format that suits every person. Share access needs and confidence levels so the instructor can plan appropriate choices.
For a planned performance, discuss virtual preparation, tutorial materials or additional rehearsals. These can help colleagues arrive familiar with the sequence and ready to enjoy the event.
