Konrad Thinking forward; Over the 30+ years of privilege working as a professional host and facilitator, designing and delivering high-impact experiences, beyond traditional team building with over 1,000 companies. I have reflected on the experiences, learnings and ways in which teams have engaged with Thrill programs.
As my passion beyond typical staff training and team development lies in creating and facilitating exceptional Survivor, Quest, Mission and Amazing Races. Where experiential learning, participatory style leadership programs that challenge individuals, unite teams, transforms businesses, inpires and shapes community, provides government sectors a refreshing style of integration and corporate staff groups the ability to elevate into high-performing tribes.
Providing progressive immersive team building environments where strength of a united force characterises a facilitation style that comes with experience
🔥 Leadership is tested under pressure
🔥 Communication with Collaboration becomes critical to success
🔥 Strategy, trust, alongside adaptability determines character
🔥 Individuals step up into leaders — no one is left to fall behind
In these moments, titles disappear. Hierarchies flatten. What emerges is something far more powerful. A genuine collaboration of accountability and shared purpose people. The team aka “tribe” mindset isn’t just a concept. It’s a shift. It’s arriving in the here and now; being present. That teams stop working or competing alongside each other. Making a mind and body shift, analysis into a productivity that starts working with and for each other.
As a professional Thrill team facilitator, my role is to be the catalyst and guide real transformations for teams. Creating the space where personal breakthroughs happen. Often due to being:
BE seen, BE heard, BE appreciated, BE recognised.
Staff as People are provided the opportunity to reconnect with their strength in the presence of their colleagues.
Teams only discover what they’re truly capable of achieving when setting a common goal, either consciously or subconsciously together with excellence in teamwork the process.
In high achieving modern fast flowing dynamic environments, high-performing staff need to practice problem solving skills
My suggestion and postulation is that we need to build and train, staff, students and educators for resilience. We can develop real inter-relationship Trust. But how? Konrad Lippmann offers a solution to investing in staff. Creating a regular space where attending, being challenged and being present in person holistically; is the reward. People intrinsically feel connected when we face adversity together. When practicing to overcome challenges with problem solving methodologies that reveals our strengths. Shares our capacities to lead, to support. To be critical thinkers that act upon our knowledge in a safe team building experience. Where a truly unifying experience does succeed in bringing teams and ideas all together.
If you’re seeking to develop leaders. Strengthen a business with capable staff culture. Building strong teams that perform when it matters most.
