For context we’re an Australian owned hotel operator. This will be our 2nd annual gala. While we’ve got everyone in Melbourne and from Sydney for this Thrill event. We’d like to do team bonding activity that splits our team of 60 (approx) into smaller teams. I’m looking for an activity that forces everyone to be involved/participate and where we can walk away with greater bonds. Something that has challenges and gets people out of their comfort zone. A bit of friendly competition.
