Today’s the day our industry comes together to celebrate Global Meetings Industry Day (GMID) – an international day of advocacy showcasing the undeniable value that conferences, business meetings, trade shows, incentive travel, exhibitions and conventions bring to people, businesses and communities.

The GMID 2023 theme is #MeetingsMatter.

The “Meetings Matter” theme spotlights the economic and societal importance of face-to-face meetings, a critical message to share which underscores the multi-layered benefits that come from meeting in person.
